Positive: Truly amazing Riad! Our stay at the riad was fabulous . The moment you step in from the busy streets, it feels like entering a peaceful oasis, almost like heaven. The riad is unbelievably beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind and caring, the breakfast was very good, the location is great, and everything was cleaned carefully every day.
Negative: The only small downsides were that it can be a little hard to find at first, but the staff will gladly help and come meet you, and it was a bit noisy at night. We also found a few hairs in the room on arrival, though after that the cleaning was done very well.

Positive: The riad is newly open (since December 2025). Mohamad was very professional, always caring for the details. He explained us a lot about the life and the city. He was helpful with organizing airport shuttle for us (20 EUR or 200 MAD to be paid in cash to the driver). Breakfast was absolutely delicious each time we had it. Terrace was very comfortable and private. We enjoyed the time there. It was a short distance walk to Jamma-El-Fna square and local market/medina.
Negative: The riad does not have any road/ building signs to navigate you (due to the government rules). So it might be a problem to find it by yourself. Therefore we advise to contact the riad in advance and arrange to be collected by them from the meeting point to get there. The room was quite small but very comfortable for us. If someone is expecting large space, might be disappointed.

Positive: The first riad we stayed at was very close to the main square in Marrakech. It can be a little difficult to find at first because of the small streets in the Medina, but if you follow the directions on Google Maps you will find it without any problem. Once you arrive, it truly feels like a small oasis. The place is calm, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is excellent and always willing to help with any questions or to suggest excursions and activities. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a lovely traditional tea, which made the first impression even better. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, and there is also a wonderful rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast was honestly one of the best we had in Marrakech, with a great balance between sweet and savory options and very good quality products. A very special thank you to Muhammad, who helped us throughout our entire stay. When we had a small problem, they kindly kept our luggage for us. Also, on the days we left early for excursions and couldn’t make it to breakfast, they prepared it for us as a takeaway. It is truly worth choosing this riad if you want to ensure a wonderful stay in Marrakech.

Positive: Riad Jaia really is a hidden gem in Marrakech. Beautiful riad with amazing staff, breakfast was varied and plentiful the best you can get, rooms are cleaned daily, short walk to all focal points, staff go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Positive: Staff, especially Mohamed, was very polite and helpful. The decoration feels modern and up to date, with a nice bohemian concept. We had an issue with a blocked bathroom, and they fixed it very quickly. After resolving the problem, they also cleaned the room without us asking, which I appreciated. The breakfast was superb. I requested breakfast to be served downstairs due to my mom’s mobility issue, and they were very accommodating. I personally enjoyed my breakfast at the rooftop. The location is also great, close to tourist attractions.
Negative: There was some renovation and painting work during our stay. However, they did inform us in advance, and it wasn’t a big issue since we were mostly there just to sleep. The room space was a bit limited, likely because I booked the basic room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.

Positive: This is a fantastic Riad, beautifully designed, brand-new. The manager is amazing and friendly and also all the staff there were wonderful and trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible, including some special requests like leaving my bag at the Riad for a few days. The location is great, it is right 10 minutes walk from the famous el-Fnaa Marketplace. The breakfast is really really good, everyday something new and original, and fruits ! If I come back to Marrakesh, I will definitely try to get a room here again. Clear recommendation!
Negative: This Riad is not easy to find and Google Maps will not show you the correct way. (There is a wall that google will ask you to go through). Just send them an Email / Whatsapp and ask them to send you a map or very clear direction, so you find your way to this Riad.

Positive: The staff are some of the sweetest, most hospitable people I have ever met. They are very accommodating and helpful, and they always try their best to make your stay memorable. I am a pure vegetarian, and it can be challenging to find suitable food in Morocco, but they would give me extra pancakes, fruit, and other vegetarian options so I wouldn’t go hungry at breakfast. The breakfast itself was a 10/10. My partner and I love staying in lavish properties, and we almost always choose IHG or other resorts, but this time we wanted to experience true Moroccan hospitality, and the people here did not disappoint! We will definitely stay with them again if we visit Marrakesh. I just wish they upload more photos on the website for people to see how beautiful and Marrakech-inspired their riad is. It’s a fairly new property that opened just six months ago, and it absolutely deserves the love.
