Positive: The Riad is beautiful with a serene courtyard. This was our second stay here on this trip. We were not able to get the junior suite that we had on our first stay as they were fully booked so had a smaller room which was suitable for 2 nights. The breakfast were plentiful, fresh and delicious. The staff, Hussiene, Mo, Saida the cook and Sabah from housekeeping were outstanding, always attentive, kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Marrakech. Would give it a 10 plus again.

Positive: The staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, from the moment we arrived Hussein and especially Mou made us feel like the Riad was our home. Their generosity went a long way. The location of the property is also fantastic, you can walk to some of the main sights in 15-20 minutes maximum.

Positive: Superb breakfast, the homemade yogurt was the best. The room was great and bed very large and comfortable. Quiet rooftop terrace.

Negative: The Riad info said non- smoking but there was smoking allowed in the courtyard area.

Summary: Fantastic place with really friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend the hammam and massage.

Positive: The riad and the junior suite we stayed in is beautifully decorated and appointed. The staff are exceptional, very attentive and helpful and make you fell like it is your home. Hussiene and Mo were amazing. The cook made delicious meals. The hammam and massage were wonderful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: I had a lovely experience at Riad Kech One. All of the staff are very friendly, especially Hussiene and Mouaad went above and beyond to make this an excellent stay. They organised a driver to pick me up from the airport, greeted me with tea and biscuits and explained everything I needed to know for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and super clean. It’s a great location to explore the medina. Highly recommend!
