Positive: We loved the staff! This is a 5 star resort. They send a driver to pick you up from the train station or airport. They have a porter carry your bags and weave the Medina for you to help find the place. The staff is one of the best we’ve ever had. The food, drinks, amenities, pool, rooftop, and breakfast were all top notch! I would recommend this place to all my friends!

Positive: Amazing place and location. The hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable. Parking is about 10 minute walk away outside of the Medina. It is easy to find parking and it is pretty reasonable. The breakfast was great and the hotel is very nice, short walk to many of the sites in Fez.

Positive: Rooms are super unique and stylish. They are very comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout. The restaurant on the roof is amazing. We had dinner and lunch there as well as breakfast. If I every go back to Fes, will definitely stay here again!

Positive: Stunning Riad with amazing staff and ammenities. The pool area was absolutely divine and highly recommend in the Morroccan heat after a morning touristing. Dinner was also fabulous and I would highly recommend.

Positive: This Riad exceeded our expectations. Stunning design and decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Roof terrace with views of Fez was excellent. We didn't have supper at the Riad but the breakfasts were excellent. This must be one of the best stays in Fez and we could not fault it. We have travelled extensively and it felt like a 5* experience.

Positive: Gorgeous historic riad with a beautiful courtyard, pool area and rooftop with amazing views of Fes. Delicious breakfast with local specialties. The room was comfortable with a regal bathroom area. The spa and massage was a wonderful way to refresh and recharge after a full day exploring the city. And the entire staff was helpful and friendly, we felt the warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived. We will definitely return and tell all our friends about this perfect hidden gem.
