Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: We arrived in the middle of the night with a significant delay, but were warmly welcomed right at the parking area near the riad. The riad was perfectly located and easy to navigate back to (since it’s easy to get lost in the narrow streets)—ideal for exploring the medina. Both the riad itself and the rooms were stunning. We were also able to use the swimming pool at a neighboring riad, which was a great bonus. Breakfast was generous, and the two young men in charge were incredibly hospitable and helpful. They made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!
Negative: Small suggestion: provide bottled water in the room or lobby
Summary: Absolutely loved it

Positive: The staff were great and very helpful to their best capacity.
Negative: The rooms were huge so wonder if they were cleaned up as often, especially the curtains and the blankets. Felt dusty, the room. And had stuffy nose.

Positive: The welcome was fine and the breakfast was O.K. We missed our first night there so due to delayed luggage in Marrakesh so really only saw a small part of the hotel operation.
Negative: The young man who came to guide us to the hotel was lovely BUT I feel should have had a badge or some means of identifying who he was. He asked, "Do you not trust me". Actually I don't trust anyone who appears and says they are from an accommodation provider. The Riad itself is a little soulless.
Summary: Mixed feelings on this one.
