Positive: The size of the room and the views from it were exceptional. The breakfast was enormous and all freshly made and very tasty. Nice to have bathrobes, enormous shower and big towels and a beautiful balcony in our suite plus a fridge Nespresso machine and kettle.

Negative: There is no access to the beach from this hotel so the description is a little deceptive..It is perched high above it on cliffs and you cannot walk to it. The photo I hsve uploaded shows the cliffs with the hitel above.The hotel is a very long way from the town so you have to use taxis all the time. We had checked that food was available in the evenings as we had been travelling all day..and there was a comprehensive menu in our room, but it turned out that only pizzas or burgers were available which they get from a local fast food place..nothing of the evening is cooked there. We were also not allowed to eat until 9pm at night due to Ramadan which we found surprising as we had been staying in other places before coming here and they were happy to serve early evening. The other issue is the bathroom in the bedroom..it is open plan! There are two net curtains either side but they do not close so there is zero visual privacy and everything can be heard! We ended up using the toilets in reception! The property is quite tired...damp patches and flaking paint are easily visible and my husband sat on a broken chair by the pool. We told the receptionist it was broken and put it to one side, but it was put back out again later. The most disappointing thing was the lack of a warm welcome when we arrived. We were simply asked for passports, given forms to fill in and shown our room with no explanations of facilities or times for meals etc. Other staff were more friendly and smiled a lot, but this lady seemed to never really want to engage with us, even though we speak French.

Positive: The breakfast is outstanding, the staff are very kind and helpful. The beach front views are really pretty. The courtyard and deck are really nice and bright. Staff keep everything really clean. beds, linens and towels were soft and comfortable.

Negative: The facilities are a bit old and outdated. Our first room was off the courtyard. The room was big with a nice bathroom.but the doors didn't seal to the wall, so literally anyone could hear anything. Also the lights weren't great. We got moved upon request, to a smaller room which was more private. There was a separate toilet room that really needs renovations and a shower area. It was interesting. This place is a diamond in the rough, with some major upgrades it could be amazing.

Positive: Amazing location with a killer view of the beach, ocean and city below. Very comfortable, big room. Very good breakfast on the first day.

Negative: The shower had not been maintained well and the bathroom was dated compared to the rest of the property.

Positive: The great view from the terrace and unique location. We got a room downstairs where we overlooked the beautiful ocean. The riad offers delivery of a nearby restaurant, which has great dishes for quite reasonable prices.

Negative: Although the rooms were quite clean, we did have a blanket which had quite a big stain. The bathroom; bath and toilet could use an update. The sink in our room leaked a lot, running water would fill the floor quite fast. Overall a good stay but a bit overpriced in my opinion, considering the price being close to twice what we paid at other locations around Maroc.

Summary: Great views, very helpful staff for a somewhat high price
