Positive: The place was so quiet and so much space for sitting, the staff were incredible specially Hind From the moment I arrived made me feel very welcome—she kindly showed me around and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Ruth and the rest of the team were amazing throughout my stay, always friendly and attentive. Rooms , showers are amazingly done with a very cozy moroccan style

Positive: Rustic guesthouse in the old town, inside city walls. Good breakfast, and fiendly host. We visited at an unfortunate time, as Safi had been badly flooded some moths ago, and the lower old quarters were under repair work.

Negative: The guesthouse has passed its prime, and need some renovation. As in most old town-houses, the indoor can be a bit damp, with an odor. Bathrooms are very basic.

Positive: Family historic riad, renovated with great taste. Rooms designed in a combination of modern and traditional. In the middle of the medina, an oasis of peace and beauty. Excellent breakfast, charming manager, she gave me a lot of interesting and useful information.

Positive: Staff are very nice and friendly. When we first arrived, they gave us mint tea and cookies. And because we had to catch up the bus to the next stop, the staff made breakfast earlier than the breakfast time, which is supposed to have breakfast from 9AM , but they made food before 8AM to prevent us from being hungry to depart. The breakfast was good, we got orange juice, pancakes and coffee and milk. The grandma packed the food to us to make sure we will not be hungry on the road, it makes me feel that she is like my grandma. And the male staff is very nice, we went back to riad late, he gave us hot soup. We don’t speak Arabic, all of staff used simple words and body language to make us understand, we are so thankful. And the equipment is good too, the riad is close to the beach and museum, it is very Arab. The room is equipped with hair dryer, in other cities I had to borrow when I wanted to use, but you don’t have to do that here. It will take 15 minutes on foot to get there from the bus stop, just follow the map it is easy to find that. If you take the taxi, the driver may take you other places, please be careful.

Summary: Excellent I recommend it to all visitors in Safi.

Positive: We were greeted by the owner with tea and biscuits when we arrived, the Riad is in a really good location in the medina and the breakfast was exceptionally good (in fact the best breakfast we have had in Morocco). The family and staff were all very welcoming, warm and friendly and we had such a good time in Safi that we stayed an extra day.

Negative: Nothing to complain about, everything was great.
