Positive: The room was so clean & comfortable. I was surprised due to the good price. Everyone I talked with at the desk was very polite, happy & helpful.
Negative: It was not a negative for me, but some people might be put off by the outside of the building. Nothing was wrong with it, but it has a dated look. I needed something close to the hospital (.7 miles away) & I don't care too much about the anesthetics of the outside.

Positive: The staff that I spoke to was polite, friendly and knowledgable. This person took time to contact me several times prior to arrival, during my stay, and again after check out to ensure that I was good. I was upgrade to a king suite so had a luxurious feel to it. Rooms were clean, the bed was amazing and the bathroom/ shower was large and roomy
Negative: No complaints. They thought of everything and had it all at my finger tios

Negative: Facial tissue in room. Extra toilet paper in room. Clean towels after 3 days. Add these please. We are people, not thieves!
