Positive: All the staff members were very friendly, and mostly spoke decent english. The other hotel guests were quiet, and there wasn't any issues with noise or loud guests.

Negative: Bathroom was in very rough condition. It was the type where the shower just drains into the middle of the floor. So you can't use the bathroom after showering unless you want to stand in a puddle of water. In addition to that, the shower had black mold all over the tile walls. Cleanliness was not great here. Had no problem with the bed sheets, however there was a makeup brush left in the room from the previous guest. Location was further than I expected from the center, but if you don't mind a 15-20 minute drive each way then this location will be fine for you. It's about a 30 minute walk from Kileti train station.

Summary: For the price it works fine, but the bathrooms need a lot of cleaning.

Positive: Easy to find, great transport links to get around the city, friendly helpful staff, nice room and great price. Have stayed there before and will again shortly..

Negative: Could do with two pillows each and to have a ground floor room as my wife struggles with stairs due to a bad knee.

Positive: The staff was really friendly, and the room was clean! I had a problem with the window of my room, and the staff was very attentive to my complaint. When I got back into my room that night, it was sorted out.

Negative: The location is close enough to the train station but to get to the touristic points, you need to take public transportation. One negative point about the room was that the curtains were not thick, so if you prefer to sleep in pitch dark, bring your own sleep mask.

Positive: “The location was good, what really stood out was the staff. They were friendly and helpful :)

Negative: “The location was fine, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. However, the beds were quite soft and the pillows small, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable as your head ends up lower than your body. The room was a little cold for my liking, and the air con was quite loud and seemed in need of maintenance, as it was also a bit dusty. That said, the room itself was clean and basic, which is fine for a short stay (we stayed for 2 nights). The bathroom, however, could use an update. The tiles were quite slippery, and water tended to get all over the floor, so do be cautious. When I booked, I had a fair idea of what to expect from the pictures, but if given the chance, I’d probably opt to pay a little extra for a different option. Overall, for a brief stay, it’s okay, but there are areas that could use improvement.”

Positive: Had a table and big seat to put all items on, has 24h reception which is helpful, was warm inside and hot water was good, bed was fine was a bit pushed in but, still decent.

Negative: The blanket and pillow felt very fragile and often got un-tangled. Maybe there is stuffing inside the pillow. No curtains is not helpful and there is no kettle for noodles.
