Summary: WE were so extremely happy about this place… this house is AWESOME Clean and BIG !! We rented this beautiful house for 10 days!! Love the living area PLENTY OF SPACE!! We celebrate Thanksgiving 2023 with family and friends. We loved our gatherings in this home.. We recommend this place 100%. We will most definitely rent this home again in the future 💙

Summary: We attended a swim meet, this property provided us plenty of private space, out door space, and wow what a great kitchen! Downstairs rooms could use the updating the rest of the home has, but all in all it was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: We got the house for a graduation, the first night was a sleep over of 3 in the great room upstairs. The adults slept downstairs. There was plenty of space! We will be getting it again!

Summary: We recently traveled to Midland with one other couple for a concert and were excited to book this home. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but this house is portrayed one way online and is quite different from the pictures/reviews. We were extremely disappointed with the state of the house as the condition and cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found a dirty freezer, left over food in the fridge, old condiments in pantry, dishes put away not clean, roaches, broken heaters, a hole in the outside of the house that allowed "critters" in so that they were running though the attic space all night, the "man cave" had no heat and no space heater, a fridge full of mold and the grill was beyond disgusting. When we reached out to the property contact about a space heater for the man cave or propane for the outdoor heaters, we were told there was one on the top deck. When we indicated it was empty, were were told to go get an exchange. There is a pool table, but thank goodness we brought our own sticks as there was one that had been used as a fire stick, several without tips so that left with only one that could be used. The breaker was broken and the 13 ball was missing. We were told that both of the fireplaces were in working order but they never would light. There was no CO2 sensors with a gas heater that could have killed us if there had been a leak and all the smoke detectors had been taken down. We took pictures of everything but there is no way to post them.

Summary: Upon arrival the home was cooled so when we entered it felt amazing. The property was vary spacious and accommodated all of our needs. However after the first night the ac completely stopped working. This was a huge inconvenience for me. We did reach out the the property manager but we couldn't get the issue resolved before we departed. The only other complaint I have is the Tvs in the rooms were not plugged in and there is little to no electrical outlets. Other than the ac and outlets everything was wonderful. We would definitely love to return again in the near future.
