Summary: If you are heading to Midland this is a great place to stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and the community pool is just across the street. My only complaint is the lock on the door. We let the owner know and he is planning on replacing it. Leave yourself at least 5 extra minutes because it was difficult to get the door to unlock and lock.

Summary: This was a perfect house to stay in while visiting family in Midland. The community pool was a big hit with the kids. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. We will definitely be renting this property again.
