Summary: First of all, the property was much bigger than I expected and very well maintained. My family felt very comfortable and we were able to have a nice Father’s Day and my Birthday together while I tend to work. All the houses around are great looking houses. My wife was able to park her car in the garage and I parked my truck in the nearby parking area because I was afraid to rub the top of the large 2 car garage. Only issue we had was the key fob for the pool didn’t seem to work but my wife and daughter were still able to access the pool. I will look to stay here again when my family decides to come up or if I want to stay in Midland when I’m working.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the patio home in Midland very much. It was cold outside so we didn’t get to sit on the beautiful patio, but the house was very comfortable.

Summary: I put my son and his family in this property when they were in town visiting me for a weekend, and they liked it very much. It was extremely convenient for us and they want to stay there again on their next visit.

Summary: The property was lovely and in a great location. We needed to check in early and he was very open to it and allowed us to get in 1 hour early. While we were staying there the hot water heater stopped working. The property manager was very response and got it fixed that same day it was just an inconvenience to have to be away from the house during nap time. Then we had another vender show up after 8P trying to fix it. For that trouble they gave a small amount of money back. There was no laundry detergent, so plan to bring your own or buy some in town when you get there. Also make sure to ask for details on how to get to that exact townhouse/condo. We were driving around because we didn't understand the configuration of the community and the listing didn't say there was a unit number.

Summary: We had a amazing stay in town for family . The house is open and had everything we needed . Was super hot and the house stayed cold . The pool wasn't open yet which was a bummer but wasn't a huge deal as we stayed busy the whole time being there. Would definitely recommend this amazing clean beautiful house. Beds were comfortable to. THANK YOU for the wonderful stay. We've enjoyed Texas
