This home is equipped for family and friends gatherings. Three bedrooms with three single beds each, fully furnished kitchen and bath. All linens included. Main rooms can be arranged for special events, crafts, quilting, or scrapbooking. (contact me for special event pricing). There is a nice deck outside and a ramp for loading. Great place for family members to stay for college events as well as a short distance to the college and the town square in the historic avenue area. We have great restaurants all over town and popular stores across the freeway. There are many antique stores on the square, the National Forest and Huntsville State Park are 6 miles south, many places to visit including the Prison Museum, HEARTS Veterans Museum and the Sam Houston Memorial Museum and Home. The house in itself is decorated with quilts and interesting crafts as well as antiques and can suit your theme or just add interest to your stay. Let us spoil you for your weekend away. We also have a glamper for additional cost that accommodates 2 more to offer more weekend fun!

Summary: This home is also the location of The Urban Craft Center of Huntsville ("The Urb") so it is full of cute crafts completed and in process. We enjoyed seeing the nostalgia around the home - lots of really old sewing machines alongside quilts in progress. Really amazing. As such, this isn't a home for kids - too much they could get into. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. Teri was a great host and easy to contact and responds quickly.

Summary: Several friends and family met in Huntsville for the SHSU football game. This house was located very close to campus - if it had been warmer, we would have walked to the game. Teri was available for any issue that arose and very welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The property was precisely as advertised. My friends and I were in town for some mountain bike racing and had ample room for all 6 of us adult men plus bikes. The jewel of the property is the property owner. She made things easy for us and was a phone call away. Thank you so much for allowing these grumpy old men to have a nice weekend of fun!!

Summary: This was the exact place we needed for multiple people/hanging out for a SHSU reunion. Host was so very gracious and accommodating. We didn’t take advantage of quilting but maybe next time.

Summary: Teri goes above and beyond to make this place excellent. The house is comfortable with plenty of space and lots of added extra. The house is spotless. We easily parked 4 cars in the driveway. The location is quiet but very close to SHSU and many restaurants. Teri is an amazing host and always available if we had any issues. Looking forward to our stay next year already!
