Summary: Nicola is a wonderful host and the property is well maintained, spacious and perfectly located. It exceeded our expectations and I would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

Summary: Apartment included everything we needed for our one week stay. The roof terrace was large and beautifull. Nicola was great host and i.g. changed the toaster in the kitchen immediately when it went broken. We also got cake and wine as welcome and both were delicious! There was no own parking place for the apartment, but there is a free public parking place (600 m from the apartment), but it was often very crowded. All in all we can recommend Nicola's apartment for Ravenna visitors.

Summary: I really liked my stay in the apartment and really liked Ravenna and hope to return. Nicola was a kind host--Thank you! The apartment is well located for walking to almost all the major sites. The combined ticket for the five UNESCO sites is well worth getting. The tourist information office located nearby will be helpful.

Summary: Apartment is in center of Ravenna near most of the significant sites for a perfect location. Wonderful accommodation on 2nd floor, very spacious with all the amenities and has lovely outdoor patio. Excellent host who was very friendly, attentive & responsive to our questions/needs. Highly recommended and would definitely love to stay there again!

Summary: My husband and I enjoyed staying at Nicola's place. The location was perfect for exploring the center of this charming city on foot, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Try Passatella--formerly a movie theater. Or for takeout calzones, there is La Plaza. Nicola and his wife were wonderful, making sure we were comfortable and that the heat was turned on when it started to get cold. The apartment was very spacious and quiet when the windows were closed. There is a fair amount of street noise when the windows are open, but this did not bother us.

Summary: We had an amazing time (12 nights) in this superb, generous (two bathrooms!), elegant furnished apartement. The terrace is ingenious! In the apartement we found everything we needed. Nicola and his wife are very kind and welcomed us with cake and wine. We felt very comfortable the whole time :-) . As the apartement is located in the historic centre of beautiful Ravenna, you don´t need a car to visit all the sights. You can walk to the "Piazza del Popolo" in less than 5 minutes. Even the supermarket and the organic-food-shop are in the vicinity. In Germany we live very rural, so at the beginning the normal noise of city life was a bit strange for us. But we soon got used to it. Besides the bedrooms are placed towards the courtyard and are quiet. We would like to stay there at any time!

Summary: Nicolas appartment is really great directly to the historic center of Ravenna. Nicola is always available and he helped us with luggage and the ZTL directly ahead of the doors. Thanks also to Antonella for the cake we got as welcome present and also for the wine

Summary: Lovely spacious apartment, lovely terrace. Nicola was such a great host and wine and cake much appreciated! We had a brilliant few days seeing the sights of Ravenna, trips to Lido di Dante beach, and a great day trip to San Marino. The apartment is so central, and Nicola was so helpful taking us to the free car park a few minutes away, even though we arrived quite late at night. Thank you Nicola!
