Summary: Property was fine except that there was a cigarette smoke smell. Also, flower beds and back yard were weedy and back yard looks directly into neighboring yard. Could use some shrubs or trees to provide a little privacy.

Summary: Close to ISU and had what we needed. Kitchen cabinets were old with a couple fronts falling off but had been painted to go with the new countertops. Other than that everything was nice, comfy beds. We weren’t there other than to sleep at night so we didn’t get to try out the game room.

Summary: The house worked out perfectly for our group who was in town for a trail race in the nearby mountains. Clean, excellent amenities, great beds, and plenty of space for us to both spend time together and have our privacy and spread out. Quiet neighborhood within minutes of most everything. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks!

Summary: This is a very clean place as close to the ISU campus as you can get without staying in the dorms. Just as described…the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with just enough for the basics, although limited if you wanted to cook a meal for a group.
