Summary: Great location on the big water on Grand Lake. Needs lots of work on deck! Multiple loose boards. Also Idk if it hasn't been rented in a while or what but there were cobwebs everywhere and I had to sweep the deck! Normally the places are spotless. It was fully stocked which was nice!

Summary: We stayed in mid-October as a quick getaway during school fall break. The house was as expected and we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. There is ample seating in the kitchen and living rooms. The deck was way bigger than we expected and there is plenty of seating plus it is in the shade most of the day too, which was nice. We fished off the dock and caught several fish each day so it kept the kids entertained. It is an older house but we liked that about the property. If we come back to Grand Lake in the future we will definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: Owner was awesome and very accessible. Lake house was great. Nice sized kitchen with plenty of cookware and kitchen stuff (you have to find the chips and dip bowl, it's pretty sweet). Didn't use it much, but nice big screen in living room with DirectTV type stuff. Amazing patio, there is a broom out there to sweep spider webs when you get there and as is needed, them little dudes put in work overnight. Dock is straightforward and at a good depth. Swimming can be a bit stressful on Saturday and Sunday if you don't love waves as the lake gets lots of traffic on prime days and there is a steady stream going up and down the shoreline. Grill is in great shape, we called owner for propane and she literally showed up almost before we hung up the phone. Very accessible and responsive and awesome to chat with. You have to haul your trash to public receptacles about a mile up 28, definitely recommend not waiting until the last day to haul it out. Nothing like jamming 3 bags of trash next to suitcases and stuff in the trunk on your way out. The bedroom I passed out in was perfectly fine from what I don't remember. You have to walk through a bedroom to get to the loft bedroom, which was quirky. Never went up there, so no opinion on that. 3rd bedroom seemed above average for a lake house and the couch was plenty comfy as well. Overall a tremendous experience and may have to make it a yearly summer destination for us! Thank you so much Daryl for the outstanding experience!

Summary: This place was great for our family of four - with two teenagers! The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and kitchen was well stocked. The deck and the views were amazing!! We spent most of our time at the house outside. The manager Daryl was wonderful - very responsive and helpful! A guided fishing tour on the Lake was a highlight of our trip. The only unexpected part of the house was the bedrooms. The Master bedroom and the bedroom with the full size bed are connected. You have to walk through the smaller bedroom to get to the Master. There is a doorway, but no door between the two rooms. Not a deal breaker - we made it work!

Summary: Beautiful property with the best views. The property manager was the best, she made our stay very comfortable! The house was as expected from photos and the deck is absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back.

Summary: My friend and our elementary school aged children truly enjoyed our stay in the house. The private dock was easily accessible from the deck which allowed the kids to spend time fishing and swimming without too much "getting ready" fuss. We really enjoyed working with Daryl, as she made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property was located in great area on the lake, however it was not very clean. Bugs in window sills, kitchen floor and shower were dirty, the grills were awful. They had just had a wash machine leak so unable to use, floor was soggy in hallway. Would not rent this house again!

Summary: We came here to celebrate my son's birthday because he enjoys fishing. My family and I had a wonderful time. It's a very quiet place and we did a lot of fishing. The house was very nice and clean and has everything you need. It is a home away from home. We were able to fish at the dock and my son was able to use his kayak to fish on the coves near the shore. The house has a beautiful view for the lake.
