Positive: Very beautiful room with a great view on the lake, nice and very good restaurant, an excellent stay in a wonderful location.

Negative: The breakfast system for people leaving early in the morning didn't work: the restaurant left our breakfast (in the takeaway bags) at the desk near the outdoor. We didn't find them, it seems because somebody else took them before us.

Summary: Very nice hotel in a great location.

Positive: Beautifully positioned on the edge of Lake Lucern, we stopped over for one night. Room was clean comfortable and functional with a lake view. What made our stay excellent were the charming and friendly staff who were more than willing to help. I can imagine, with the lake ferry stop right outside the hotel, this hotel would be an excellent base to explore the whole area. Thank you for a lovely stay
