Summary: Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience. We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely.

Summary: We have stayed in Gustrow many times over the years and usually choose another hotel, just out of the centre. This is a small hotel with small rooms. The Reception staff was very good and very friendly. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. The bed was very hard, but the mattress was of good quality. The breakfast was not great. Limited hot food and not replenished very often. Personally, I would choose another hotel as this one did not offer the same quality of room or breakfast as the other one we stay in. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is just sad its let down by the room and breakfast.
