Positive: Authentic Umbrian Charm We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. The hotel is made up of traditional Umbrian stone buildings, which gave it a truly authentic and charming atmosphere. The pool area was lovely, with designated sunbeds and umbrellas that made relaxing effortless. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. And the massages—absolutely incredible! A perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun.

Positive: The location for the airport is excellent, just a very short ride away. Breakfast was excellent by Italian standards there was a great choice of both sweet and savory. The complex cannot be faulted, it is meticulously manicured. The staff is good at its job, maybe a touch less warm than expected, considering other places we visited. The pool area is very well organized and the attendant Giuseppe was always extremely courteous and helpful - top guy.
Negative: Sometimes the noise from the airport and helicopters flying by can be a nuisance, but only if you are outside, you cant hear it from the room with the windows/doors closed.
Summary: Perfect quick luxury stay at a reasonable price.
