Positive: I loved everything about Ritsa Resort. The staff was very friendly and professional, all the facilities were also exceptional, they cleaned our room almost every day. Restaurant had delicious food, breakfast was quite varied and tasty as well. The location is exceptional for everyone who loves to dive in the sea as soon as they step out of the hotel, the sea was about a two minute walk from the hotel. I would love to come back in the future!

Positive: Уютный отель с хорошим ремонтом, номера чистые и свежие, удобные подушки и матрасы. В отеле вкусные разнообразные завтраки и в целом приятный ресторан. Персонал отеля и ресторана очень дружелюбный и вежливый. До пляжа с магнитным песком идти 3 минуты 😊
Negative: Было два полотенца с въевшимися пятнами, не очень приятно.
Summary: Нам понравился отдых в этом отеле, если ещё раз поедем в Уреки, то обязательно остановимся в Ritsa Resort ⭐️

Positive: The Ritsa Resort is amazing hotel starting with excellent staff providing all helps and assistance you need with smiling especially Ms Tago and Ms kakhi also the hotel owner Magi check all services by her self the has a very good restaurant providing a very delicious food and thanks for Mariyam the hotel location is perfect very close to the beach (magnetic sands beach) it is very healthy and helps for relaxing. I recommend the hotel for relaxing time

Positive: Мы с женой бронировали номер для подруги, с которой встречались в отпуске. Ей всё очень понравилось, и она хотела оставить отзыв — записали с её слов. Всё просто отлично! Встретили меня очень хорошо, вежливые хозяева, говорят по-русски. Дали замечательный номер. Очень понравилось расположение гостиницы — буквально две минуты до моря. Очень чистенький номер, отличные душевая и туалет. Есть полотенца для пляжа, собственный ресторан на территории, удобно ходить на завтрак. А на крыше ресторана — прекрасный бассейн!

Positive: Мы приехали в Грузию, чтобы пожениться, и очень жаль, что мы провели в этой гостинице всего пять дней! Семья, которая управляет гостиницей, встретила нас очень радушно, старалась и помочь нам во всех наших хлопотах и просто сделать нам что-то приятное. Мы выбрали номер с видом, обозначенным как Garden View, и очень приятным сюрпризом стало то, что из него было прекрасно видно море, расположенное в двух шагах за деревьями. В номере была двуспальная кровать (настоящая, а не из соединенных одинарных) с очень комфортабельным матрасом. Отличная сантехника Grohe, очень чисто. Были все необходимые принадлежности высокого качества. Великолепный, продуманный дизайн помещений и всего комплекса: стоящий рядом с корпусом гостиницы ресторан со стеклянными раздвижными стенами окружен цветами и зеленью, в нём очень приятно завтракать. Как и обедать или ужинать, впрочем! На его крыше расположен бассейн, соединенный с гостиницей мостиком. Просто потрясающе! Кроме того — лифт и смотровая площадка на крыше с прекрасным видом на окрестности. Пляж в 100 метрах. Удобно, что гостиница предоставляет пляжные полотенца. Отдельно отмечу высокий профессиональный уровень управления отелем. Касается всего: стиля общения, организации уборки, обеспечения удобства гостей. Я люблю пробовать разные гостиницы, приезжая в один и тот же регион. На этот раз мне впервые хочется вернуться в тот же самый отель, когда получится снова приехать в Грузию на море.
Negative: Разве что не хватало фруктов на завтрак, но может был ещё не сезон.
Summary: Феноменальное гостеприимство. Самые приятные впечатления и добрые воспоминания.
