Summary: The 2-bedroom apartment was perfect. Mountain/ski-run views. Comfortable furniture. 3 large TV's. Ritz Carlton personnel were pro-actively helpful and gracious. Owner checked with me to make sure there were no problems. Would happily to do this again.

Summary: Total Ritz quality - if I could give it 6 stars I would. The condo was very large and beautifully decorated. Also, I'm really picky because I have allergies, but the unit and the whole building were flawlessly clean! My kids had a great time, and I think the adults had an even better time! We'll definitely be coming back next year, maybe twice!

Summary: Everything about the Ritz in Aspen Highlands is amazing. It is ski in / ski out (with a ski valet) right on the best mountain in Aspen. The service is impeccable from the twice daily maid service to the free shuttle every twenty minutes into town. That said, there is no reason to leave because there is everything at the facility - great food, full gym and incredible outdoor pool. I highly recommend it.

Summary: Aspen speaks for itself and is a magical place in late autumn when the leaves turn bright yellow. However, the Ritz Carlton Residence is truly a luxury retreat - you will feel just like at home but with the 5* service of a world class Hotel. Again, thank you to the owner for all the great recommendations - the cathedral lake trail was incredible!
