Come experience the ULTIMATE in LUXURY and RELAXATION at The Ritz Carlton Club residences. While staying in the residences, you will have access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort, as well as most of those at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel (except the club level lounge & possibly the Ritz Kids Club). These amenities include 4 restaurants, daily housekeeping, concierge & grocery shopping services, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 beaches, complimentary use of pool/beach chairs & towels, pool & resort games, children's wading pool, fitness center, spa, and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the resort for those who are working or attending school remotely. For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for it.
Here on this five star resort property, you can do as little or as much as you want, making it the perfect vacation for everyone in your family/party. Curl up with a book on one of the 3 balconies/patios overlooking the turquoise waters, or take your book/tablet/laptop to one of the beaches or pools. Want to rent a boat and go out on the water? No problem, you can be picked up right at the beach. You can rent a car to see the island, but there's so much to see and do right at the Ritz Carlton resort that you don't have to leave. Some of the best snorkeling can be found right off the beaches.
Don't worry about the kids. There's a lot for them to do on the resort property as well.
Hungry? There are plenty of options. You can eat at one of the four restaurants, make your own meals in the residence’s gourmet kitchen, do some grilling on one of the resort's top of the line gas grills or get takeout and delivery service from one of the restaurants on site. Enjoy cocktails or dinner while looking out over the ocean and the lights of St. John.
Although my listing at times highlights availability for specific weeks, I actually have availability throughout the year. I have MOST NIGHTS AVAILABLE FOR 2025/2026. Please contact me with your preferred dates and I'll do my best to make it happen. I am an Owner at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas, not just a manager or travel company. This is my family's favorite vacation spot and I have lots of recommendations that I'll be happy to share.
We own nights in two 3 bedroom residences. Each residence was renovated and refurbished after Hurricanes Irma & Maria and is 1900 s.f. with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances & granite counters, dining area, living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space, powder room and 3 ocean view balconies/patios. My other 3 bedroom listing is #349573. We also own nights in three 2 bedroom residences which are listed under VRBO#508231, #1032304 and #1843727. If you need multiple residences for a large party, this can be arranged.
Please note - The 3 bedroom residences at the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas typically rent from Saturday to Saturday. I'm happy to accommodate stays of other lengths, but any time a stay extends through a Saturday, there is the possibility of a room move on that day because Saturday is changeover day in the Ritz residences. This will be the case no matter who you rent from.
Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 fee per stay for non-members renting at the Club. This fee is per residence, not per person, and it covers your entire stay, whether you're staying one night, one week, or longer. In addition, the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence, not per person, Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare rentals. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.

Summary: Every year my 4 of my friends from college and I go on a ladies vacation. This is our 27th vacation & the Ritz Carlton Residences did NOT disappoint! The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The cleanliness was AMAZING. The brunch buffet & Italian restaurant were great, otherwise the food was just okay. All other things were overshadowed by EXCELLENT, accommodating staff.

Summary: Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club condo in St. Thomas was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, immaculate grounds, and stunning ocean views. The condo was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.The adult kids loved the pools and easy beach access, and we appreciated the calm, safe setting to unwind and reconnect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, always with a friendly smile and genuine kindness.Whether we were enjoying dinner beachfront, or snorkeling in the turquoise waters, or simply lounging with a good book, every moment felt special. Summary: The unit was perfectly located looking out over the main pool and the Carribean/beach. Everything on the Residence property and Ritz hotel next door was no more than a 5-10 minute walk. The unit was in great shape and exactly as advertised. We pre-ordered food from Moe's market which was there when we arrived. The check in welcome and staff were terrific. They were also extremely helpful in setting up excursions (rented boat for a day, zip lining, sunset cruise, Golf Simulator) and dinners (Oceana, Algave, SeaSalt, Coconut Cave) as well as taxis and anything else we needed. Pool/beach staff were wonderful in helping us find chairs which was important the week we were there given it was very busy with families over the holiday. Only negative's in general had more to do with time of year as service at the restaurants was VERY slow and the one night we ordered room service was a resort wide disaster and took over 3 hours with numerous inaccurate communications with the staff. The weather was terrific, the staff and islanders extremely friendly and the food very good everywhere we ate. Would definitely recommend a visit and would return in a heartbeat.
