Positive: The staff were amazing. So much fun and welcoming. A very good team all around. Great selection of food and beverage, and the rooms were cleaned immaculately.
Negative: We paid a heavy sum for our Elite Suite Room with Jacuzzi. The view was terrific and the space was good. BUT…the jacuzzi was the reason we booked it. We never got to use it. We are very disappointed in this. I have included photos of the brown water. Please know that I work for an airline so hotels are not new to me, I know that things can happen but this was unacceptable. We drained it multiple times as we thought it might have just been a dirty tap but the photos attached are after draining it and refilling five times. Also, else stayed for an entire week and when we called downstairs to ask for an extra small tin of Pringles, we were told that when the minibar is restocked, that is what we get. I explained twice that my partner and I had fellow guests coming over to have champagne and that we would like one or two little tins of Pringles and we were told no. After spending $4,500 USD on a room, we expected to use our jacuzzi each day, which we couldn’t, and to not even get a few tins of Pringles when asked was such a slap in the face. We were left rather disheartened. Not sure we will book with booking.com again. Quite disappointed that no discount, refund, nothing at all was offered. Not a good feeling.

Negative: The resort rooms were very outdated, walls were dirty, and paint was peeling everywhere. The balcony was filthy and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff was friendly but one of our rooms was given to another guest as we were in the middle of the checkin process. As a result we were on completely different sides of the property and on different floors. The experience was not "ELITE" at all. The property was extremely expensive for the quality and should consider updating or lowering their rates.
