Reviewer Type: Family With Children
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is amazing, a minute's walk from the sea. The staff is super friendly. The room is comfortable and big. Bigger than most hotels. And the coffee machine is a great touch. Each room has its own decoration. Great attention to details
Negative: My room had a broken heater. I had to call reception every time I wanted it changed. Also, the housekeeping threw away some of my food, thinking it was garbage. I don't know how it can be garbage while carefully placed in a plastic container. There are 2 restaurants, one on the roof and one on the ground floor. Both get noisy at weekends. At levels that make it impossible to sleep
Summary: Stunning view and location

Positive: The room was nice and cozy. The view from the window was perfect, as well as the location. The restaurant on 5th floor served delicious food, the best lamb back I had for a long time.
Negative: The room had exactly 2 coffee capsules and 2 tea bags. They did refresh it every day but that felt a bit cheap to be honest

Positive: Located in the quieter area of Kadikoy but it’s an easy walk to the city centre. Nice parks and nearby eateries around. Room was spacious. Friendly and responsive staff
Negative: Not sure if the bedsheets are cleaned thoroughly as we had a number of small insect bites on our legs and bodies. Room decor looks a little tired. Room has no view.
Summary: Decent stay in the Moda neighborhood
