Positive: River City Apartment #1 is a wonderful apartment - location is centrally located to La Crosse, amazing space and well thought out layout with modern amenities, cleanliness was top notch...it was a very warm weekend, and the AC proved up to the challenge.
Negative: All in all, very few items to callout for negatives... The beds were very uncomfortable. I migrated to the couch on both nights of my stay due to the stiffness of the bed. Due to the location there was loud activity on the street at bar close (not in the owner's responsibility- just an observation)
Summary: Would stay again for my next trip to LC!

Positive: It was clean had everything we needed. Very spacious. The location was great we could walk to everything downtown.
Negative: Not better but an FYI. Towel hooks In the laundry room would be a great addition to put towels on to dry after showering.
Summary: Great stay. We spread the word to others about the apartment.
