Welcome to our B-E-A-UTIFUL vacation home where we attract family friends looking for an enjoyable moment. Riverfront access for ice fishing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.
1200 sq home is nicely furnished and well equipped. Private dock provided. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing etc. Peaceful beautiful and cozy are the only words that can describe this rental during the winter months, summer months, whole year.
The remote of the lights above the hot tub is in the cabinet at the front of the hot tub. Please leave the remote back after using it.
The switch of the lights in the patio is behind the screen on the wall, the one with a sticker.
Please follow the rules:
Not wear shoes in the house.
Please do your dishes.
Please be quiet outside after 10pm.
No fireworks at any place of the vacation home.

This private cozy pet-friendly waterfront vacation home rental is for a relaxing getaway any time of the year. Located on Medicine Creek in Petersfields, Manitoba, only 30 minutes from Winnipeg. Easy access for day-trips to enjoy local events such as the Gimli Icelandic Festival, sight-seeing in Winnipeg Beach, ice fishing around Netley Creek Provincial Park on the Red River, a cruise to South Beach Casino, or the many popular attractions in Winnipeg.
This property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which has a jets tub and can sleep 8. 1 kitchen, 1 wood-burning fireplace, and all the amenities you need. There is a pontoon boat, a paddleboat, an ice fishing RV, and a UTV for rental.
There is a karaoke room for you to enjoy your beautiful singing even all night, and if you know how to play mahjong, there is also an automatic mahjong table in the basement.
The kitchen has plenty of storage for groceries, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, electric pressure cooker, toaster, E-cup coffee maker with sever E-cups provided, utensils, pots, pans, dishes and bowls, salt and black pepper, and a bar-b-q on the patio. A large dining table makes it easy for everyone to dine together, or enjoy a game of cards during down-time.
Other amenities include a projector, Apple TV box, Game machine, and automatic mahjong table, washer, dryer.
When you are done boating or winter activities for the day, cozy up around the campfire, or enjoy the hot tub, or enjoy a bug-free atmosphere in the screened-in gazebo, all while still enjoying the great view.
Great local bar and restaurant with good food are available in Selkirk, a short 15-minute drive.

Summary: This property was very clean and spacious. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome! Lots of room to sit outside and enjoy the peaceful setting, and the gazebo was a bonus in the rain. The kitchen could use more utensils and cookware. We had an excellent stay and will book again.

Summary: Rented this property for the weekend to celebrate a birthday with 4 other ladies. The rental is exactly as shown in photos, no disappointments. So many amenities to enjoy! I would definitely recommend staying here, the owner was very quick to respond back to any questions I had during the stay. Overall a great experience.

Summary: A hit with the whole family! Lots of room to be together or find your own space to curl up! Every appliance know to man! The previous renter had left the BBQ and utensils dirty and the jacuzzi tub needed cleaning - but other then that the place was very clean and welcoming! Cannot wait for another visit!
