Summary: Loved our stay in the cabin. It was spacious, recently built, and clean. Location was great and close to everything in town. River was beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife. Penny was welcoming and helpful. Will stay again next time we are in Winthrop.

Summary: Location is great. Amenities-games, balls, hammocks, swings, soccer nets - was all handy and fit location well. There were quite a few ants in the room during our stay and cobwebs in windows, but room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
