Summary: The riverfront cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy the property. The only “complaints” of the stay was having the previous renters sheets, towels, etc. still in the wash and we had to complete the laundry cycle. We folded up and had no idea where to put the items so it stayed in the middle of the house on the coffee table. The house at a glance is clean, however, the floors were fairly gross and nothing had been moved to clean behind.( I will just leave it at that.) With this being said, we would definitely stay at this residence again. The stay overall was GREAT!!

Summary: The house was beautiful, right on the river. We spent the evenings outside on the deck, listenjng to the sounds of the water. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals, if you wanted to. The beds were very comfortable. You were far enough out of town for it to be quiet and peaceful but still close enough if you needed something from the store/station. There is some steps leading from the property down to the river front which was nice. We had one unfortunate issue, but the host was quick to fix it for us. No complaints from anyone in my group. I would definitely rent from Brian again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Summary: This is the second time my wife and I have taken our grandkids to this VRBO cabin. They simply love it and never want to go home at the end. Probably the greatest selling point for us is that it always feels very secluded even though there are other homes on each side but rarely anyone there, as well as being right on the river and only 2 miles from Van Buren! Rather than go into great detail, suffice it to say this is a property my family greatly appreciates being available to rent and hopefully will be around for a long time!

Summary: Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer.

Summary: Very nice place. We enjoyed the many hikes available in the area and went horseback riding one afternoon. The cabin is right on the water and has all the essentials. Brian was very informative and helpful.

Summary: My family loved the deck. We took elderly father to the river, his favorite. The cabin is elevated, sitting very near the river. Dad took the stairs slowly, but once on the deck, he enjoyed! Large trees shade the deck, so falling leaves and debris can’t be helped. A broom is handy and useful. We used the gas grill, outdoor dining area and the downstairs fire ring. All very accommodating. The cabin certainly supplies all anyone may need. Beds are nice and very tall. Couches are plush. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
