If you are bringing a boat or choose to rent one nearby, there is a 12x10 dock/with ladder for your boat behind home. Boat ramp is just 70 ft away. There are many islands in the Gulf to explore and great fishing. Clean your catch of the day and grill it on propane grill! Summary: I brought my two granddaughters, ages 13 and 9 to Crystal Springs for our annual "Grandma Trip". This house is so close to everything we wanted to do. Attempts to capture an entire room in a photo often give the impression a room is larger than it is. Not so here. This is a very roomy, open house. The deck is huge and is just outside a large, furnished screen room. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. They are thoughtful enough to include foil, wraps, and baggies as well as a cabinet full of common seasonings. That's a whole box of stuff you don't have to pack in the car. Everything was really clean. The beds were comfortable. We took the kayaks out every afternoon. I think the girls would say that was the best part of the trip. The hosts are so kind and responsive. We had no trouble finding the house or getting in. I highly recommend this house for a base for your exploration of the area.

Summary: This was our first experience with a house rental. We loved it and will be doing it again. Our primary requirement was that it was pet-friendly with a fenced yard. Our dog is larger than most listings accepted but they were fine with him. He had a great time,too. The house was very clean and well equipped. The bed was comfy and there were plenty of clean linens. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck next to the water. High marks to Summer, Miranda and Linda for their responsiveness. Happy travelers here!

Summary: Six adults-Me, my adult 20 something children & their significant others plus my best friend and one puppy had a wonderful time at this location. I wanted to do something special for my 60th birthday. Miranda was wonderful, she was quick to answer any questions we had and unobtrusive the rest of the time. The kayaks were so much fun. We didn’t see any manatees but there was an alligator at Bayport Inn which was close by, great food, live music. We enjoyed it so much we went twice! Oh & they have a cool gift shop. The house was very clean, plenty of room. Adorable mermaid theme. Tv had lots of choices. Thank you for the Uno set, that’s always fun. All in all a very pleasant experience!!

Summary: It’s so nice to find a fenced in property, on the water, with our dogs. Place was perfect. Clean, all the amenities we needed and hassle free check in/out. Definitely recommend. Just be aware there’s a resident gator that likes to hang out. No swimming for the dogs!

Summary: Our family of 5 from Wisconsin (including kids age 10, 8, and 6) throughourly enjoyed our stay in Weeki Wachi. The house was perfect for our needs... tons of wildlife, activities like fishing and kayaaking anytime you wish from your personal dock, complete kitchen and screen porch for easily preparing and enjoying many meals, and lots of nearby things to check out (Bayport Inn for dinner...with an alligator, Pine Island Beach for close ocean swimming and sand play, dolphin glimpses and sunsets, Caladesi Island for shelling and ocean fishing, Buccaneer Bay at the state park for swimming, tiki bar, slides, and the mermaid show, a Disney day trip, and Bayport & Jenkins Creek pier for more fishing...just to name a few). The spacious layout and rooms were great and the large shower and tub were nice after a long day! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the communication with the owners was top notch. Would highly recommend!

Summary: This place is so beautiful, everything was great! Beds were comfy, outdoor area was awesome! Great communication. Very remodeled. Excellent experience. We used the kayaks, did some s’mores outdoors. Loved the decor. Excellent place to relax with family or with friends. Thank you for every detail, lovely home.
