Summary: Excellent choice of an inexpensive motel. Everything was great except the lack of hot water in our bathroom, and a gardener waking us up in the morning blowing leaves. But there were many channels on the TV, lots of towels and wash cloths, comfortable bed, all the amenities (except tissues), and a nice staff. We'd stay there again.

Summary: We had two rooms and one was a bit cleaner than the other. The staff was very accommodating. When an issue was brought to their attention they went all out to make it better. They seem like a lovely young couple who are doing their best to spruce up an older property and I wish them well. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Easy parking, and convenient location if you're driving in the area.

Summary: This is listed as a 2-star hotel but it deserves to be at least 3-star. Our room was very clean and spacious. The A/C worked great, and the bed was very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again in the future, and I'll recommend it to others coming to the area.

Summary: Pros: *Room was spacious *Bed was comfortable *bathroom was clean *husband/wife staff were very helpful *more affordable than other hotels in area *conveniently located to highway, Northampton, and area attractions Inconveniences: *room keys malfunctioned every day of our 3-day stay but staff was quick to help *had to request additional bath towels as we only had 2 *microwave didn't work *had to kill a couple of spiders/bugs in room every day (it was clear that some foliage clearing had been done recently right up against the hotel and we had an end room nearest the work which may have been the issue)

Summary: It was a sufficient experience. We had worries when we retrospectively looked at the motel, but I think when the right staff members are there, they show that they care about being excellent in their delivery of good service. They did a fine job overall. Maybe the bathtubs could use a nice scrubbing before people arrive, though. There was a bit of a tub ring.

Summary: Hotel in a convenient spot. It is owned by a couple and they are very nice. You can get extra toilet paper and soap at the front desk. Room wasn't as clean as expected. Had hair in shower and wasn't as clean as it could be.
