Summary: Lost my reservation. Couldn't get key to work.had the change room. When i arrived back later in yhe night someone else was staying in my room. Next room had no heat. Room i finally stayed in smelled overpoweringly of disinfectant so now all my stuuf smells of it.

Summary: The couple managing the property are friendly. But I was disappointed by how the property handled a request to reduce the stay by two days. I asked before the 4 day stay and explained the circumstances were due to a fire. Expedia also asked on my behalf. The request was denied.
