Lovely 3 bedroom home with lanai, heated pool and plenty of space! Fully stocked large kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the appliances. Dinning space and 2 family areas. Close to all the shopping, restaurants and beaches! Great wifi too! Newly updated paint and decor. Awesome lanai space and furniture. Big Joe pool floats, grill, high top cafe table, and fun outdoor lights! Newly remodeled master bath shower! Come enjoy out space while we’re gone!! We hate for it to sit empty!

Summary: Overall the property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Would advise not allowing anyone who smokes to be inside the house as the smell from the clothing may linger and end up sinking into the cloth furniture which could result in additional changes. Would also advise to keep daily tabs on the condition of the pool because being in Florida the chances of phosphates being elevated is a possibility and needs to be treated properly, this too could result in additional charges to you. During my stay the door keypad stopped working and Amy was quick to respond with a solution. This was my families second time staying here both times for.memorial services for family members and likely our last.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and the home was well appointed. We really enjoyed relaxing on the lanai after a long day of house shopping and the master shower is sooo good. Communication with Amy was super easy, she was very responsive. We’ll be booking this home again when we need to come back during our build process.

Summary: Stayed on our visit to see our parents. I would give it 30 stars if I could. It is close to everything, beautiful as the picture.. no complaints, they were quick to respond to any questions we had.. we will definitely be staying here in the future for all our family visits..

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this house rental in Florida! The lanai was our favorite part of the house. We spent hours in it, enjoying the beautiful weather and views. The house was also very clean and well-maintained, and the owner was very responsive to all of our questions and requests.
