House: Sleeps 6-8 people, 1 queen bed in master, 2 sturdy bunk beds in 2nd bedroom, and queen cabinet bed in living room. 2 bathrooms including a spa tub and a clawfoot tub. Fully updated kitchen with brand new appliances and quartz countertops. Keurig coffee machine. Laundry room with washer and dyer. New Central Air and Heat Pump installed June 2021.
Multiple outdoor living spaces include large deck overlooking the river, side porch with grill, secluded back porch next to the side property creek.
DOG FRIENDLY! (2 Dogs max - Additional pets require approval before booking)
Free Wi-fi! Plenty of Roku TVs. Keyless, smart lock entry. Towels & Sheets included.
Creek running down the side of the property after a good rain.
Property includes 150 feet of riverbank on the North Holston River where you can fish (catch and release) without a license. **Note the bank of the river is steep and may require some climbing to lower rocks.** You can swim, tube, and kayak down the river as well.

Summary: The property sits perfectly tucked in the mountains. Wonderful scenery, we saw bald eagles perched enjoying morning coffee. The river being so close to the house makes for a very calming atmosphere. I would absolutely visit this property again.

Summary: We spent a relaxing week at Riverberry. The house was so cute inside and had everything we needed! It was clean and comfortable. We hiked and fished around the area, which was just beautiful! The only negative was the ugly political signs along the route to the house, but no one can control their neighbors. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone wanting what we did - an escape to a beautiful part of the state! It is a lovely home.

Summary: My family and I had a great time staying at RiverBerry! The house is clean and well maintained, fully stocked with everything you'd need, and has amazing views of the river and surrounding area. Mike & Suzanne were great with communicating the rules and other info needed to get there and leave on time. They went above and beyond to make this a special stay. We will be back next year! One thing to note - you will need to download the local maps on Apple or Google before your trip. This will save you a major headache. However, if you skipped this part like us (lol), the Wifi in the house is super fast and you'll be able to do it there.

Summary: It was a nice place to stay with a river as your view. Cabin was clean and had everything needed for your stay. Close to Saltville to pick up supplies or grab a meal, and not too far from Abingdon / Bristol. Road in to cabin is pretty well maintained. Locals drive a wee bit fast so just keep to your right when going around curves. No reflection , of course on the cabin...property managers were very responsive! We'll be back I'm sure

Summary: My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was the cutest spot, and we loved the location on the river. It was so clean, and comfortable. We didn't bring kids, but we may in future years to enjoy the bunkroom. Our hosts made sure we had all the right info at the right times. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
