Summary: Beautiful hotel, great views, great dining, delicious food and wonderful staff. Only thing was the light carpeting in room was badly stained, could use a good cleaning.

Summary: This hotel and the grounds were very clean and welcoming. The employees from the Front desk, to restaurant, to housekeeping were all very friendly. We dined in restaurant 3 meals. (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner.) There were 4 of us , each ordering something different. We were all very full and satisfied. Because we're all retired we take short overnight or 2-3 day getaways. What a surprise to come back to our room after a day sight-seeing and find housekeeping had replenished our towels and emptied our waste baskets.. something very few hotels do if you're only staying a day or two!! The room with king bed was very comfortable. As were the pillows. No tossing or turning to get fomfortable!. balcony view of the Lake was a great way to begin and end our days. This hotel is very short walking distance to the Uncle Sams boat Tours and downtown shops. We even walked to the Pavillion and Park behind the city's hospital no problem. This city and vacation spot of Alexandra Bay is very clean. No graffiti, no trash or litter, and we felt safe the whole time we were there. Highly recommend

Summary: Room was very clean and had some nice updates (floor, bathroom door). Could use some others (lamps, furniture, balcony railing). Room was good size and had a nice view. Large tv and comfy bed. Air/heat blower would not stay on constantly, even though it is what we had it set on. Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Bar/lounge was very busy. We only had drinks which were reasonable. We were disappointed that the hot tub/jacuzzi was closed. Was one of the things we had planned to use.

Summary: Stayed only overnight in off-season but was a beautiful facility! Great views, comfortable room, can only imagine how nice it would be to go back in summer.
