The 1st level has a large kitchen flowing into a living room with vaulted ceilings & 21 feet of panoramic windows where you can watch the beautiful sunsets every night. The 1st level includes a bedroom right off the kitchen. The upstairs has two large bedrooms and also a loft area with futon.
Multiple decks and unmatched views of the bluffs, islands, and wildlife including Bald Eagles situated right off a nature preserve. Located on the back waters of the Mississippi River, just a quick 5-minute boat off the main channel and downtown La Crosse.
Located in one of the best fishing pools of the La Crosse area where you can catch walleye, bass, sturgeon, catfish, and many more right off the dock! Conveniently close to local boat ramps for water access.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding, and the house was perfect for our stay. The view over the river was gorgeous, and we enjoyed watching the eagles and other water birds. Rainy weather prevented us from fully enjoying the setting, but it would have been wonderful in better weather. The kitchen if fully and well equipped with everything one could possibly need, and is probably the best equipped I've ever experienced short of my own home. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The sofa bed wasn't bad. The listing mentions it sleeps 10, but two of those beds are not private, so they would suit for children or possibly children and a single. This house is very roomy, and would work well for a family reunion or family vacation. The listing mentioned a hot tub, but there is not one. The listing showed a hanging swing facing the water, but it was not hooked up, although that would have been awesome in good weather. The house was very clean and orderly and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe.

Summary: A very lovely home that has everything you need and more. Truly a home away from home. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, bakeware, slow cooker, and more, plus a nice gas stove. Full sized fridge. Dishwasher. Beautifully decorated, spacious. On the water, overlooking an eagles' nest, we saw two bald eagles. Big kitchen table, with tall bar chairs, seating for 8. Nice deck. Well water, and Culligan water is provided; when we were there, Culligan man delivered a new big dispenser jug of water. Ground coffee in freezer was most welcomed! Individual coffee maker and full sized coffee maker. Tina and her team of hosts have thought of everything, including flatware, plastic forks, knives, spoons, paper napkins, sippy cups for spill-prone folks. Communications were excellent - quick response from Tina, she provided us with everything we needed to know. We play tennis and she made a special trip to check for lighted tennis courts for us - thank you Tina! The second floor is accessible by stairs - about 13 - which were fully carpeted. Baby gates in the closets. One bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, and the sides of the tub are higher than for a standard, regular bath tub - mentioning for people with physical limitations. There is a first floor bedroom with a walk in shower. It's a lovely home, good sized bedrooms; big living room easily can accommodate 10 people.Great location - just about 9 minutes to downtown La Crosse. Quiet neighborhood. Very happy!

Summary: The house was spacious and a great place for a couples weekend. Plenty of room to gather, play games, etc. Watching the eagles on their nest was an extra treat. The host was great and quick to reply. We'd definitely stay here again.

Summary: This home is amazing. The location is perfect. I have stayed with many air b and bs and vrbos as well as own a timeshare - this home by far has the best furnished accommodations I have ever experienced. It made a big difference for enjoying our stay! Every bed is comfortable. Couch and giant high quality bean bags are super comfy and cozy. All bedrooms have individual bathrooms making it super convenient for multiple families. The loft area is perfect for kids and adults. Giant living space, kitchen fully supplied - saves huge on packing and running to grab things forgotten - they have it all there! Outdoor space is vast with private dock for fishing and swimming beach - weather allowed. Absolutely stunning views. Eagle watching all day long! Worth every penny! Thank you again!

Summary: We stayed in LaCrosse, WI for four nights the weekend our son got married. It was perfect for us; close to amenities but so peaceful and relaxing with views of nature and the water. The property manager was so friendly and accommodating which helped to make our stay even more enjoyable. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was perfect for our group of family and friends. The only thing lacking...there were no lamps at all in the house which would have added ambience to the setting. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place to stay in LaCrosse in the future!

Summary: Five of us stayed here, two couples and my kiddo, and the house was really great. Very pretty view off the back deck, spacious house, and the host, Tina, was very available if we had any problems, which we didn’t. We’d definitely consider the same place when we come back to La Crosse.

Summary: Perfect spot for a group. House is extremely nice has perfect functionality for a larger group. Large open living area with huge kitchen and table to accommodate. Has ample parking for 4+ trucks with boat trailers. Less than 5 minutes from Freedom Park launch. Property sits directly on the water and has great waterfront views. Owners are very communicative and respectful.
