Summary: Michael was a very gracious and helpful host. The bedrooms are large with excellent bathrooms. Riverfront has easy access to the Lyn Canyon trail system and Mt. Seymour for hikers like us. It's got great proximity to Deep Cove. Lonsdale Quay, and Capillano Bridge The breakfasts prepared by Michael are basic but hearty with good variety. He also has lots of helpful suggestions for places to go depending upon your interests. We will definitely go back to stay with Michael and his lovely family again.

Summary: We stayed 3 nites. We enjoyed every minute of it. We had our 3 year old son, and he loved playing in the back yard, and it's safe for kids not to go into river because of a stone bank that is build to prevent that. Clean and discreet. Next time will definitely stay again

Summary: What an outstanding bed and breakfast experience. The house is absolutely stunning with amazing views of the river and close to hiking trials. The room was new, clean and had everything you could need. Micheal was extremely hospitable and make a fantastic breakfast that was a great way to start the day. I will definitely be back here soon!

Summary: We recently enjoyed a two night stay here. The owners/hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful home on the Seymour River. The breakfasts were superb. We will be returning soon. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We just got back from Vancouver, and we already started missing Michael's house. If you love nature, and relaxation, this is the place to be! The house is super nice, with beautiful river view and forest around it. Everything is new and clean, and the towls are changed everyday, we felt like we were in a hotel. Michael prepares us breakfast every morning, we were so impressed by the presentation and his attention to detail. You could eat breakfast on the deck with the sound of river. Michael is very nice, and always gives us great suggestions for places and restaurants to enjoy. Overall it's a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to come back again!
