Summary: Everything was great! Thanksgiving 4 night stay. Our family of 8 adults and 6 children had plenty of room. The home is beautiful! They have planned for large groups and we never ran out of anything. The 2 dishwashers came in so handy! Basketball, roller skating and enjoying the fire pit were a big hit with the kids. Brandy was great about any questions we had. We all had a wonderful time together.!

Summary: Property is incredible - better than what the pictures indicate. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked. House was extremely clean and the property manager was very communicative. Overall couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We stayed at this beautiful home for an end of summer trip to the river with our teenage kids and some of their friends. Even though the water level was extremely low you could still get in the water from their dock and hangout. The owner was very responsive and even overnight shipped a new coffee maker when we couldn’t figure out how to work the one at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the home was professionally decorated and very roomy.

Summary: Place was beautiful and clean. Plenty of supplies. River was still down and mucky , but that didn’t keep us from immensely enjoying ourselves . A time to being all three of our son’s family’s together. Thank you for inviting us into your home.

Summary: We never thought about visiting Seguin before, but this property for our needs and we are so glad we decided to book it. We were a group of four families with kids coming from Austin to spend a holiday weekend together. The home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. We grilled, made s’mores, and had a great time.

Summary: This house is very well maintained and has plenty of amenities. Water is low on river but they have temporary stairs and floating deck for access to water. Still plenty deep to play in. Very enjoyable and great place

Summary: We had 3 families enjoy a river weekend with the kids. This property couldn't have suited our group better! We had everything we needed and the kids loved having the entire upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed floating and paddle boarding all day in the river. We will definitely book here again!
