4 Bedroom Cabin in Newland

This property includes a large open backyard with a fire pit. The entire yard runs along the North Toe river where you can swim, fish, go tubing or just cuddle up with a book and listen to the sounds of the North Toe River.
We have a large covered patio with a grill and a picnic table that seats 8. There is also an outside deck overlooking the water, which is a great fishing spot.
Along the property you will find many apple trees, peach trees, cherry trees and a large blackberry bush, as well as a grape vine. Please help yourself to any of the fruit that are in season!
The property has WiFi & a flat screen smart TV in the living room. Feel free to bring your Apple TV or use your Netflix/Hulu login for entertainment

Summary: What a great place!! Love the creek in the back with a big fire pit near the water. Everything was as described!! Comfy beds and on the one rainy day we had, great for napping. Highly recommend this site!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is full of trees and river access was wonderful for fishing and kids to play in. The home is beautiful and very clean. The back porch with huge table was great for family meals! We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved this clean, spacious cabin. The grill was amazing for quesadillas for dinner and bacon for breakfast. The fire pit and outdoor spaces allowed the kids and dogs to play and explore while fishing, playing and relaxing near, in and around the river. The proximity to the road wasn’t ideal but the location was beautiful and close to hikes and other attractions. Host was kind and helpful. Beds were comfortable. We loved making autumn memories here!

Summary: Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay here. Kids had a great time fishing and playing in the river which is literally right out the back door. Variety of other outdoor activities all an easy short trip away. Cabin had everything we needed to get our trip started and the grocery store was less than 15 minutes away. Would have liked to have had black out curtains in the master bedroom but that's just nitpicking and we moved across the hall to sleep on the river side anyway as that was more quiet. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is due to the cabin being on the only main road through the area and we had a tractor trailer drive past at 7am using his Jake brake. Depending upon your group size, this may be an issue for light sleepers like me. We were able to solve it easily enough by moving across the hall where it was much quieter. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to friends.

Summary: This was the perfect place to stay for outside adventures. Very close to all the hiking trails we hiked. The cabin had everything we needed and more. We will be back soon for another adventure!

Summary: This is a new property. It is very clean and nice. The host was great, and the house had everything we needed. The house is a bit further out than we would have liked so better itinerary planning would have been better on our part. The patio and stream will be fantastic in warmer weather. We would definitely stay again.
