Famous for its small, quaint charm, Galeton offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This property is within a half mile of Galeton's Waterfront Park, offering its visitors a chance to enjoy the beauty of Pine Creek while taking a stroll through its spacious park.
There is parking for 5 vehicles - 2 in the driveway and 3 in the cut in across the road which is also part of the property.

Summary: This was the perfect place to host our small family reunion. There was plenty of space and amenities for 9 adults, 4 kids, and a baby. We liked the many small tables and spaces for hanging out and playing games. The basement is an awesome hangout space with a pool table, air hockey, rock wall, table, and futon. The outside space is great too. There are enough patio chairs for a larger group. The pool was extremely clean. In the garage there was a nice selection of pool noodles, floatation rings, and pool toys. There is even a small air compressor for putting air in said toys. There's a nice big yard for sports. The bed rooms are very nice and far enough away from the common spaces that poeople can stay up later and not disturb those who are sleeping. The rooms were spotless and modern. The beds were comfortable. There were blinds but no black out curtains for those who need it dark. There was a plethora of pillows, blankets, trowels, and toiletries. The kitchen is very well stocked. We were easily able to cook for our group. One thing negative worth noting is that the dining room table just barely fits 12 people. But the kitchen which is in the same room, has a couple of bar stools. We would love to stay here again!

Summary: Good communication, clean, nice and everything was as expected. Closer to town than I realized it would be but that wasn't a problem at all. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet!

Summary: The place was very clean, nicely arranged, comfortable, and perfectly located. The host pays attention to all of the little details, and the place is well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely love to come back!

Summary: The house was clean and there are plenty of towels. Unfortunately the only air conditioning was in two bedrooms. There was no propane gas for the grill and it was a little hot cooking inside. The creek was a little hard to get to as the steps could have used clearing. Overall we had a good week visiting family.

Summary: Great place, so many rooms and baths. The pool was great during the hot days. Very clean and the owner responded within hours with any questions. Will stay again. Even seen a black bear run though the back yard. The ac was in only the bedrooms but with all the doors open it made it comfortable. We were outside all day anyways.
