Entirely renovated to accommodate the demands of the "New Normal", this once cozy cottage- home has been revigorated with fresh paint, flooring, modern fixtures, furnishings and lights. The small changes to floorplan to improve functionality makes a big difference! This home shines again like never before but remains comfortable and fun.
The main level open concept allows spectacular ocean views and consists of the perfect size galley kitchen; 2 newly carpeted bedrooms, Living Room w F/P, separate Conversation area, 1 full bath with shower stall (great for those who struggle with stepping into a tub). The large wrap around deck allows dining for 12 and plenty of seats to take in the view.

The Main Level primary bdrm has French doors, Queen Bed, Smart TV and sitting area with convertible sofa bed (ideal for folks who dont want to climb stairs). The 2nd Bedroom includes a Full bed and built in desk.
The beach level living space delivers direct access to a private patio/outdoor living area, along with an additional entry to the fenced in back yard with outdoor shower, fire pit, hammock and even horse shoes! The Beach Level includes a full bath, Dry Bar w mini fridge, microwave, built in floor vacuum and additional full fridge.
Large laundry room/ work area, spacious bedroom w smart TV which can act as an additional living room, The "time out" bedroom allows for a quite, separate Work/Resting Space with desk and a twin bed.
The exterior of the Beach level also offers a gas and charcoal grill with lobster steaming station, partially covered seating area.
Every detail has been thoughtfully re-designed and outfitted to suit one large family or a few- w/ 6 bdrms; 2 living areas; 3 full baths; outdoor shower, and so much more.
The "Captains Quarters" on the 3rd floor boasts 2 bedrooms and full bath with jet tub. The back bedroom has a comfy trundle which slides out to become a King bed or 2 singles and a very unique primary bedroom with private Juliet Balcony overlooking the ocean, a new Queen bed, desk, 2 closets and separate seating area with additional single bed/sofa conversion.
