Positive: Classic home in a quiet neighborhood. Tastefully maintained with a spacious shared kitchen. Super comfortable beds, big bedroom, wood floors throughout and remodeled bathrooms while keeping the charm of a period well loved home. Felt like going home for our stay. Would definitely return!

Positive: Spotless, if you like to run, walk, bike there isn't a better place in the world! Step out the front door a path, probably 10 miles 100 yards from the entrance. Large community kitchen, huge social area, exceptional experience.
Negative: Eugene very liberal regarding homeless, they are everywhere!

Positive: First, the house itself is wonderful. It’s huge with large shared spaces downstairs (kitchen, living, dining). The decor is all modern with a few fun quirky accents. Yet the house has a beautiful feel of history with wooden floors and just that old style from maybe 50 years ago. Yet all the amenities are modern. Second, the location is terrific. I was there for a brief overnight stay and yet couldn’t resist a walk along the river path and found it so peaceful and serene. I found a local rose garden three minutes away and wandered there and it was perfect. Third, my actual room was amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept deeply. I thought the shared bathroom might be awkward, reminding me of younger days staying in a hostel, but nope! I never saw any other houseguest; it felt like i had whole place to myself! Third, the price was excellent!

Positive: An absolutely beautiful property with owners who are very responsive to ensure a great stay . The inside decor is just so tasteful and delightful. The kitchen and dining area are very well equipped and inviting. The living area is gorgeous and also most inviting. My bed was unbelievably comfortable with luxurious linens . Bathroom was lovely with beautiful towels and thoughtful added touches such as useful items (hairties,earcleaners etc )
Negative: Not one single thing .
Summary: I’ve travelled the world for decades and Riverpath Inn is right up there as a favourite special place .

Positive: This is such a pleasant place to stay. It's so clean and well-appointed--always feels so comfortable to stay here. The location, away from the busy areas of Eugene, makes this the ideal spot. And such quick access to the Williamette River trail makes this an excellent place for those who want to enjoy the river and get some exercise. And great communication from the property managers!
