Positive: It was easy to find, in a pleasant area and close to Fort Niagara. I liked the simple charm. Cleanliness was top rate. Parking excellent.
Negative: There was no person to greet or help out if you couldn’t figure out the door code. Also, I did not receive an email confirming with instructions. It took a few calls to get someone to answer.
Summary: A very nice stay, with good sleep. Walls are paper thin.

Positive: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We needed a fan because it was just too quiet. The staff let us use their fan without hesitation. They were very accommodating.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t love was that the bathroom was so small. There was no where to set your bathroom items, like tooth brushes, hair brush, etc. A very minor inconvenience.

Positive: Great location. Right across the street from niagra River. Very peaceful. Loved the idea of self check in. Went right to our room. Offers free coffee which was pretty good. All in all a great time.
Negative: A second chair in the room. We took in one of the outside chairs so we could both sit.
