Summary: We enjoyed our visit. Rick was nice. The house is nice. The weather was rainy the whole week we were there in late December (it never rains in SoCal, right?) but we had plenty of room indoors to play and visit with extended family.

Summary: House was the perfect size and location for our family of five adults. The property is gated with owner living on site across the drive. House is big, comfy, clean, updated and beautifully decorated. Pool is big and the kids loved the attached jacuzzi. 3 baths, a fully appointed gym and laundry facilities. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: My family really enjoyed our stay at Rick's place. The hosts called me to confirm my check in time the day before and were responsive and friendly during our stay. The home was more spacious than I expected, especially the common areas. The back yard is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need - pool, BBQ area, umbrellas, seating and even misters for hot days. The pool and spa were especially nice, my kids really enjoyed swimming. One thing that I didn't notice from the listing is that this home is on a shared property, It is a large property, so you still have ample privacy and it seems very safe since it is gated. The location was very convenient for us. We were visiting for a sports tournament nearby. There are lots of stores and restaurants within a short drive. Which was great for grabbing lunch or gas on our way to or from the tournament. We also used the kitchen for cooking dinner and we had everything we needed. We would definitely be interested in staying here again if we are in the area. We spent most of our time at the tournament so we did not get to explore the area as much as I had hoped. Next time!
