Positive: The property is lovely. Very spacious and homely. The local bar on the next block was welcoming and the locals friendly. We were attending Musselburgh races and it was an easy walk from the property to the racecourse.

Positive: Place is in a great area, parking space available, near the river. Very close by car to the beach. Kitchen fully equipped, everything you need was there. Clean and tidy. Communication with the owner spot on.

Negative: The only downside was that it was cold in there. Upstairs quickly warmed up but the downstairs and the bathroom was quite cold all the time.
