Summary: Upon leaving the hotel, the lady on reception opened the car exhibit just for us. It was hugely kind of her and very much appreciated. The hotel itself is clearly for the purpose of convention and business but they make this clear in the marketing. Even so, it was absolutely fine for our stay and a home base for checking out northern Switzerland

Summary: The room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Free parking available. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We were able to walk along the river to the nearby village. The hotel is ideal as an alternative to airport hotels and for exploring northern Switzerland.

Summary: Liked it, recommend to put coffee maker, plus we expected the bowling was operating but it wasn’t.

Summary: Very nice riverside setting. Would recommend a walk down by the river but watch out for cyclists. Hotel was lovely and staff more than accommodating. Was disappointed that there was no coffee and tea making equipment in the room but also understand that this is a very british request. Also not enough information about the hotel facilities in the rooms, such as restaurant menus, bowling opening times etc (didn’t notice that the bowling alley was open at all throughout the week that we were there). Overall, we had a great week. Would suggest anyone wanting to dine in the restaurants over the weekend reserves a table as it is very popular. The food was great, especially from the Thai restaurant.
