Positive: Amazing the ladies and gentlemen were so welcoming when I arrived! Our room was very clean and they were so sweet to put happy birthday on the bed! Will go back

Positive: I loved the spacious room my family stayed in. Also the pool and hot tub were wonderful! Wondering down to the little bar to purchase a bottle of wine was a treat. The Staff was really busy but wonderful and met my need and expectations.

Negative: The Door into our room was missing two numbers... Our room Was also in desperate need for a deep clean. the ceiling fan was caked with dust Being someone who suffers from a dust allergy I ended up not feeling our best on our night stay. Also as my children were playing in the living room, they stumbled upon a toothbrush hidden behind a decor piece, and an old sock and hairbrush under the couch... Again, if these rooms were being properly deep cleaned, I wouldn't have caught my three-year-old about to put someone's used toothbrush in his mouth... Absolutely disgusting.

Summary: Nice place for a family but room needed a deep clean. Would stay again.

Positive: The facilities were nice. Mainly what I really appreciated was how nice, kind, and engaging all of the staff were.

Negative: The walls are pretty thin. My neighbors woke me up often.
