In addition to the convenient kitchenette in your room -equipped with mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and sink-this cottage features a beautiful river view and a private verandaโฆcomplete with a privacy fence, a outdoor dining table and a grill/griddle combo, located right outside your back door.

Pets are allowed in this cottage for a $75 fee, with prior approval from the owner.
However, we do have some general guidelines;
35lb maximum, non-aggressive breeds, non-shedding and again, they MUST have prior approval from the owner.
There is a one-time linen fee for this rental.
Please note towels are NOT provided.
All of our properties are smoke-free. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of your butts in the proper receptacles provided.
