This 2 bedroom, 1 bath rental is the lower level of the Riverview House. It has a nice front balcony facing the Guadalupe River. It has a living room, dining room with lots of seating, and fully-stocked kitchen. The lower and upper units are not connected from the inside - totally separate, each with their own private entrance and parking area.

Summary: Property was good for an easy quick 1- night stay. It was kind of hard to figure out which house was ours when we showed up after dark. Once we found it getting in was a breeze. If we were staying more than 1 night it would have been tough with our family of 5 with only 1 bathroom.It was better than a hotel room though!

Summary: We had a great weekend. The host was very accommodating and helpful. The place was very clean and and comfortable. I would recommend this place for everyone. There were kayaks available but the weather was too cold to get in the water for us.
