Summary: I always enjoy my time at the Riverview Inn and Suites because the staff treats me with such respect and kindness. Neil, Anna Paula, Melissa, Hailee, Lina and many others are always so quick to respond to any needs I have and I love the peaceful view of the River view from my balcony and the closeness to many shops and restaurants.

Summary: Upon registration was in formed of extra $100 fee for hold. However the room was already paid for. I paid the 100 they promised my 100 back next day at check out. I was just now told it would take until sat. Keep in mind we checked in on Tuesday. I do NOT recommend this hotel at ALLLLLLL. I hope to save someone else this crap.

Summary: As I walked in the first thing I noticed was how unclean the hallway was, stairs not vacuumed. The condition of the room was fair at best, unfinished areas in the bathroom and ripped furniture

Summary: I stay at Riverview when I need a local vacation from the world because they’ve seen me at my highest highs and lowest of lows, yet they still embrace me and treat me like someone who matters to them. Riverview will always be a home to me and that’s that. I’m so grateful to the entire staffs for always smiling when they see me or giving me a hug.

Summary: The only problem was there was a party outside that was extremely loud to about 11:OOPM. Thought it was inconsiderate but permitted to go on.

Summary: The stay was overall fine without any issues. The facility was just dated and could benefit from some upgrades.

Summary: I went with my partner for a one night getaway. The vending was empty and convince stores all closed. Early and basic amenities were fee and small in size. Otherwise it was comfortable, felt safe, quiet, clean. The hotel phone didn't work in room to contact front desk or get wake up call either

Summary: Cobwebs, no breakfast, no milk, dated. Oil the door sliders for the patios. Pillows were dismall, and DON'T charge all that money for an outdated bomb that could be a gem!
