Positive: Everything was excellent. Clean, spacious and well maintained with all the facilities that you could need. Great location with some restaurants nearby and 10 minutes from Dundee centre. Great views over the river Tay.

Positive: Beautiful view from sitting room. Spacious and well presented rooms. Everything available required for stay. Bed was comfy. Able to park close to flat.

Negative: Couches were very low in sitting room. Expected to strip beds before leaving, never had to do this anywhere else. Highland cow in bedroom, a bit creepy.

Lovely garden with small sun room lovely spaces to enjoy the outdoors on nicer days. Fantastic base for a short break or longer stay to explore the area.
