The beautiful Riverwood Lodge (Permit #000218) is located just outside of Plain on a large lot and low bank Wenatchee River and boasts of private hot tub and fabulous WIFI for streaming or working remotely. The home offers 5 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms for up to 12 guests, along with a private hot tub and W/D. The main floor has a full bathroom and private bedroom with queen bed. Across the dining room you will have access to the 2nd bedroom with a private entrance, this ensuite room offers a queen bed, a washer/dryer and a another "living space" for privacy. Guests are welcome to bring a queen blow up mattress for this space for those extra 2 guests. Upstairs from the main living room you will find the 3rd bedroom with a king bed and private soaking tub, the 4th bedroom with two twin beds and the 5th bedroom with a double bed. Another full bathroom is also located upstairs.
Cozy fireplaces and lodge inspired furniture add that special charm and comfort for your getaway. Fully equipped kitchen offers everything to prepare a home cooked meal for the chef in the group. Game Room in the garage offers Air Hockey, and Foosball, for a low key competition between family members.

Summary: Our group has gathered in Leavenworth each summer for 20+ years. This year was great. House was comfortable. River access was tricky as there was rock wall climbing involved and injuries were injured. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: House layout was perfect for our group with room to gather together or be on own if you chose. River location was great fun for all especially our teen grandsons. Our two floats down the river from foot bridge to house are highly recommended. Would recommend a new dishwasher be considered as dishes were not always cleaned well.

Summary: This house was fabulous! Super clean, which was amazing, and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Very nice yard for games, and patios were awesome. Weather wasn't nice enough for our stay, but unless when the river runs lower, there is really no where to play in the water, as the pics look like on website.

Summary: Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. The property, just next to the river, was beautiful. The only thing that we would note is that, while there are plenty a group of 11-12 to sleep, the kitchen and living area are a little tight for a large group. This perhaps more noticeable in the winter when it's difficult to spend time outside. It was also not clear when we booked that there was a limit to the number of dogs, the extra cost for the dogs, and how big the dogs could be. (We may have missed this detail, so this could have been our mistake). It turned out fine, though. We appreciated the ability to have dogs there, the hot tub, the game room and more. It was a very nice stay.

Summary: We went over with 3 other couples and loved the stay. The property manager was very responsive about a couple of small things, and we throroughly enjoyed the house and the area. Quick trip into Leavenworth but also a quick trip to the Lake and various hikes.
