Positive: T9he hotel was big though quite peaceful most of the time. The food buffet was not bad but average. On the buffet - some items repeated everyday, some items changed but typically there was variety. Drinks selection was again not bad but average. Wine was a no-go as probably very cheap but beer was alright (didn't taste watered down as some had suggesteD) and spirit mixers were a relatively safe option (only decent mixers were coke and lemonade though tbh). Rooms were clean and spacious for two people but quite dated in the interior. It's a really short walk to the beach and it was a lovely beach! There's a beach bar on it too although it's not always open. There is a Hard Rock Cafe in walking distance that I would recommend. Staff were helpful.
Negative: The food and bevs were average so if you're looking for more variety, or better selections, or really quality food, you're probably not going to find it at the hotel. When the weather was poor, there wasn't a lot to do in or around the pool. Entertainment in the evening was a bit budget. Reps on site trying to sell tours was a bit annoying. Smoking is allowed inside the bar (not food area though that I saw).

Positive: Staff were excellent and friendly Location perfect to travel to other places Beach was absolutely lovely and the Staff so helpful Rooms cleaned daily Food always a choice
Negative: Checking in was spoilt by an untrained receptionist who repeatedly asked to see my named confirmation from booking.com - after half hour of charging phone to obtain email that doesn’t state name but he insisted he needed it even though I gave him the confirmation number - another receptionist took over and sorted it in minutes hhhhhh then gave a room no sea view so I went to complain and was given another one immediately so good customer service by the right people in the end

Positive: everyone was so helpful friendly & kind to us. they couldn’t do enough for us the animation team were exceptional & were always there to make our holiday fun & one to remember
Negative: the staff & the animation team went above & beyond the hospitality staff were exceptional & the reception staff would always be helpful big or small they were there to assist. i had a wonderful stay & each day was filled with laughter & enjoyment all round This was our second time here & are booking to go back because of the wonderful people we have met. I have read negative comments but I have to disagree with a lot of them. just remember you are going to Tunisia a Muslim based country (quite a bit more relax than I expected) so if your expecting a Benidorm holiday this may not be the right place to visit. Being polite & respectful will go a very long way here which isn’t a lot to ask. Each person made our holiday a memorable one & we loved it here.
